Tabitha was born and raised all over the State of Alaska as the daughter of an Alaska State Trooper. Having lived in Fairbanks, Tok, Anchor Point and King Cove, her family finally settled in the city of Anchorage in the early 90’s where she jumped with both feet into the mortgage industry in 1994 and worked her way from Receptionist to Sr. Loan Originator and then to Branch Manager of a local mortgage company for 7 years. She believes in working hard for her clients to help get them into their dream home using the right home loan type to suit their needs and combining the use of “old school” skill with the latest technology available to provide every tool in her arsenal for their benefit. Tabitha is a Mortgage professional with the drive and tenacity to help you get your home loan done.

Taking a minute to celebrate our very own Tab Scott, because this is so well deserved.

Tab was recognized as a July 2026 Top Producer in Top Units, closing 13 units with $6.51M in volume for the month.

And while those numbers are absolutely worth celebrating, what we love most is everything behind them.

The late nights. The problem solving. The steady guidance. The care she gives to her clients, referral partners, and the Focus Home Lending team every single day.
