Being a father means showing up for life's big moments and the everyday ones in between. From teaching life lessons to offering encouragement when it's needed most, dads help build strong families and stronger communities.

My employees are pretty lucky to have me. 😏

I mean, where else are you going to find a boss who sends random memes, brings snacks, celebrates birthdays, solves problems, listens to complaints, and occasionally reminds everyone who’s in charge? 😂

In all seriousness, I couldn’t do this without this amazing team. They keep this office running, make our customers feel like family, and somehow put up with me every day.

They’re lucky to have me… but I’m even luckier to have them. ❤️

This team……. The Kaitlyn McGilvray State Farm little league team taking 1st place in the colony days tournament for the 2nd year in a row. Years ago I started sponsoring this team, my kid played for them and it was easy…… well now I’ve gotten to fall in love with these kids, these coaches, that although my kid has aged out this year, I will continue to sponsor and show up!

Exciting to be able to make a few games and of course watch them dominate BIG win! Congrats my little dudes!!! 🏆👏⚾️
