I’m honored to be one of the top financial services agents in the U.S again last year winning a trip to the Bahamas…

There’s a lot of changes coming within State Farm, all geared towards the customer and most will LOVE it. But a lot of these changes coming are sacrificing their agents income…. There will be many agents forced to retire because they can’t afford the overhead…. Many agents giving up because their pay was cut in half….. and other agents putting up with the change but having to let go of most their staff to cover the expenses….

It’s never been about the money for me, but an agent with a big team as I, I am definitely scared of the change… of what’s to come….. however, we are taking this change as an opportunity rather than dwelling on it…. How can we adapt? Is there an opportunity to help more people understand their policies or get them through claims… can we be their safe place… can we overcome this huge decrease in pay and benefits?

My family and my customers are my why…. This is why I push… why I show up… why I work at all times of the day…. It never stops… and neither will I…. I’m determined to push through and with my amazing team, there’s no doubt we will come out on top.
