It’s been a very busy week! I’m so happy for my members that were able to refinance their mortgage to a rate over 1% lower than their purchase rate. That was a savings of nearly $200k in interest over the life of the loan. Also-a huge congratulations to our new members who are building a brand new beautiful home in Daviess County-they were officially cleared to close today. 🎉🎉🎉 I’m so grateful to get to help so many wonderful folks!
