Congratulations to Executive Vice President/Lender, Mike Greiner on celebrating 15 years with WSB today! 🎉

While his office is in Washington, Mike continues to support customers in both Washington and Fairfield. Mike is also involved in groups like the Washington Matbackers, Washington YMCA Board, Kiwanis AM’ers, as well as coaching his daughter’s travel softball team, and volunteering on the sidelines during football season. Thank you, Mike, for all you do!

Thank you to everyone who came to help celebrate Terry Engelken’s longstanding career in banking and wish him well on his retirement! 💚

It’s always so bittersweet when that last day comes. We are all going to miss having Terry around (as will so many of you!), but we couldn’t be happier for him as he now able to spend more time doing the things he loves. Congratulations, Terry!!👏🏻👏🏻

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Brittany Gavin to Vice President of Compliance. Brittany has been with the Bank since 2011 and has held several leadership roles in her time. Her prior experiences make her an invaluable asset to our management team.

Brittany graduated from Washington High School and received her associate’s degree from Kirkwood Community College. In 2017, she completed and served as Chair for the Iowa Banker’s Association’s Consumer Credit School. Brittany also completed the IBA’s Lending Compliance School as well as the Deposit/Operations Compliance School in 2022 and currently sits on the Compliance School Board. She also currently serves as Treasurer for the Lincoln Parent Teacher Group (PTG). Brittany and her husband, Patrick, live in Washington with their three children.
