📞 The scam in the image isn’t the only one out there, and fraudsters are getting better at making their calls look legitimate. They can even spoof BFC’s phone number, making it appear as though the call is coming from us.

Remember:
🔒 We will never call and ask for your online banking username or password.
🔑 We will never ask you to read us a security code sent to your phone.
☎️ If a call feels suspicious, hang up and call BFC directly using a phone number you know is ours.

When in doubt, don’t guess. Give us a call. We’d rather verify a legitimate call than help you recover from a scam.
