✅ Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions & coverage reviews
✅ Process endorsements, certificates & renewals
✅ Handle inbound calls and emails with professionalism
✅ Support agents with administrative tasks
✅ Provide outstanding customer service every day

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous insurance experience preferred but willing to train the right person!
✔️ Strong communication and organizational skills
✔️ Detail-oriented & tech-savvy
✔️ Active Property & Casualty license or willing to obtain
