Music in the Park is one of our favorite summer traditions!

We thoroughly enjoy sponsoring the Annual Lake Ann Music in the Park Festival, and it is always a blast. We love being part of an event that brings families and neighbors together to enjoy local musicians and connect with the community.

That small-town spirit is what makes Lake Ann so special, and we are grateful to Matt and Jenny Therrien for all the hard work they put into organizing this event and keeping the tradition going year after year!

One table. One Patty Martin. Hundreds of conversations!

Patty held her own representing Michigan Planners at the Kalkaska County Senior Appreciation Expo last week!

She spent the day talking with hundreds of local seniors, answering questions and sharing resources to help make Medicare a little easier to navigate.

And the timing could not be better. Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) is right around the corner, running **October 15 through December 7**.

With a lot of changes happening in the Medicare landscape this year, now is the time to start asking questions, understand your options and get ahead of AEP before it arrives.

Whether you sit down with Patty or another member of our Medicare team, we are here to help you navigate the changes and make sense of your options.

Today was a good day to step away from our desks and spend some time giving back. 💙

Our team spent the day volunteering with the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan, helping pack food that will make its way to families and communities across our state.

This is an organization we have been proud to support for years, and that support is not going anywhere. Whether it is through volunteering, donations or simply lending an extra set of hands, we are always honored to contribute to the incredible work they do.

A few hours of our time can help put food on someone’s table. That is time very well spent.

Thank you to the Food Bank of Eastern Michigan for all you do to help feed our neighbors. We are proud to play even a small part. 💚

A great day at the Northwestern Michigan Fair! 🎡

Our Medicare team was proud to spend the day connecting with seniors, families and members of the Traverse City community.

Medicare can come with a lot of questions, whether you’re approaching eligibility yourself or helping a parent or family member navigate their options. Our team is here to make the process a little easier and help you understand what works best for you.

What a Saturday at the National Cherry Festival!

We were proud to sponsor the 10K, 15K and Half Marathon and loved seeing the streets filled with runners and their supportive families and friends.

A huge shoutout to our MPI runners, who battled the heat, crossed the finish line and represented our team so well. We may be a little biased, but the MPI Pacers taking first place in the Half Marathon team division was a pretty exciting bonus!

Thank you to everyone who ran, volunteered, and stopped by to say hello! We already cannot wait for next year. Thank you, National Cherry Festival!

At its heart, freedom is about the ability to make your own choices everyday. To build a life, care for your people, serve your community, and be part of something bigger than yourself. And that is something we will always be grateful for.
