🌟 October Agent Spotlight — Justyce McKissick
This October, we’re shining the spotlight on Justyce McKissick, one of the dedicated agents at Riverside Insurance Agency’s Washington office! 💙
Justyce has been with Riverside for over a year, and in that time we’ve watched her grow tremendously as an agent. She continues to expand her knowledge, sharpen her skills, and steadily build a book of business of her own—and she takes serious pride in the work she puts her name behind.
While Justyce will be the first to tell you she’s still learning, that certainly doesn’t stop her from taking on a challenge. She has learned from her mentors and coworkers, asks questions, puts in the work, and is always willing to dig a little deeper in an effort to find her customers competitive coverage and the best rates available to them.
One thing you’ll quickly learn about Justyce is that her word means something to her. She is loyal, dedicated, strong-willed, and determined. She believes in being straightforward with people and doing what she says she’s going to do—both with her coworkers and with her customers.
And she definitely isn’t one to sit around looking for something to do. Justyce likes to stay busy, take on the next task, and keep moving forward. Along the way, she brings plenty of personality and a little sunshine into the Washington office.
But what we’re most proud of is that Justyce doesn’t look at insurance as simply selling another policy. She genuinely wants to save people money when she can, find coverage that makes sense for them, and most importantly, do right by the customer.
Over the last year and a few months, we’ve seen tremendous growth in Justyce—and she’s only getting started. Her determination, loyalty, work ethic, and willingness to continue learning make her a huge asset to Riverside Insurance Agency.
And if you’ve met Justyce, you already know there’s not much pretending with her. She’s about as real as it gets. Straightforward. To the point. And she gets it done. 😉
