Thanks to the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, producers have more flexibility when it comes to structuring their operations to maximize benefits. For the 2026 program year only, FSA will look at entity structures as of Sept. 15, 2026, to ensure that payment eligibility and payment limitation determinations align.
