I remember the feeling of hopelessness when I was made redundant....

I genuinely thought my pathway for my career was set, I never expected to be made redundant in a year.

The only thing I believe saved me was my habit of being good with money. If I didn't save money I would have never even had funds to start learning to trade.

You guys can access even better material now for 20% of the price I had to pay when I started.

When I really think about you can't even compare because I spent 5k and had very little support. 5k in 2008 is insane for then barely any help.

It was very clear to me that I was just a number on a spreadsheet.

I wouldn't change anything because at the end of the day, my mentality to take risks is what got me here today.

My mentality to all in and put my money where my mouth is and commit to this is what got me here.

A lot of the time you are not where you want to be because you're not going all in.

That doesn't always mean money.

It's the daily commitment and the sacrifice of pleasure.

Overnight success is NEVER over night

Don’t compare yourself to everyone else’s journey

If you just started following me then it looks like all of this happened so quickly!

The lifestyle the house the cars the shoes all seems like it came to be within the past few months

But the real honest truth is

It’s taken me a DECADE to get where I am today

If you’ve been around for awhile, you know!

Every year I climbed up the ladder a little bit more and sometimes I stumbled and there were times where I almost quit!

Nobody knows who I am or what I can do or the value I can bring.

In fact the supporters today some nd most were doubters back then.

I would take ten steps forward and fall back 100 steps! Learning more and more about myself and growing in silence.

And a decade from now THIS is only going to be part of the ladder and I’ll be even further along my journey!

And it’s going to look like overnight success again

But remember this

All success is days and nights of constant hard work, learning, growing, failing, trying again, and never quitting.

The key is to get started. Then one day you’ll look like an overnight success after years of hustle!
