From years of renting to a place to call their own! October 1st marked an exciting new chapter for Nicholas, his wife, and their three boys as they closed on their new home in Lexington Park, MD!

From Spain to Southern Maryland in less than 30 days.

After living and working in Spain for more than four years with his wife, Dorine, Scott made the move back to the U.S. and jumped right into their next chapter.

Within 30 days of landing back stateside, they were settling into Southern Maryland and closing on their new home in Newburg using Scott’s VA loan benefit.

This one was a journey! With a short sale, shifting market conditions, and nearly six months from start to finish, there were definitely moments when the finish line felt far away. But these two stayed the course, and with Ana Galvan and our team working alongside them, we made it to closing day!
