Celebrate 250. Advocate for Tomorrow.

That theme came to life in a big way this year.

More than 18,000 professionals stepped up to join or renew, 115 organizations activated their teams across the country, and over 3,100 advocates took action when it mattered most.

Your engagement helped drive real results, including House passage of the MBA‑supported amended 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act.

🔥 Grassroots Advocacy + Bipartisan Action = Real Progress 🔥

Yesterday, the House overwhelmingly passed the amended 21st Century ROAD to Housing Act — and it happened because our grassroots advocates showed up.

Thank you to everyone who responded to repeated MBA calls to action. Your voices truly moved the needle.

The amended bill fixed key issues and marks a major step forward for MBA and its single‑family and commercial/multifamily members, while preserving the tools needed to deliver:

✔️ More housing supply
✔️ Broader access to affordable mortgage credit
✔️ Real affordability progress

MBA remains engaged with House and Senate leaders and will monitor the expected Senate passage that would send the finalized measure to President Trump’s desk for signature.
