Meet our team!

Sebastian Dañino-Beck, Development Partner -

Sebastian is a seasoned real estate professional with over fifteen years in the commercial real estate industry. He has worked as Sr. Consultant at WSP, a leading global engineering and design firm. Prior to joining R Street, he led the creation of the Corporate Division of Sustainability and Environment for the largest real estate development company in Peru, Inversiones Centenario SAA. He has served on the Board of Director at the Peru Green Building Council and the World Green Building Council.

He previously worked for the International Finance Corporation (World Bank Group) and assisted with the management of a $28m private equity fund at JER Partners in Washington D.C., received his masters degree in international real estate from Georgetown University and founded a co-working company in Peru. Sebastian's experience as a real estate entrepreneur and understanding of complex real estate transactions provide invaluable insight to our company.

Meet our team!

Travis Fleisher, Managing Partner of R Street.

Growing up the son of an award-winning real estate agent and marketing director, Travis has real estate in his blood. He joined the family business, The Fleisher Group of Compass, while still in college and transitioned to a full time role after graduating from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Economics.
Travis developed a passion for real estate development working with investors throughout the sales process which led him to complete his Masters in Real Estate Development and Finance top of his class at Georgetown University and ultimately found R Street Development.
He resides in the heart of Shaw and in his free time loves a hike outside the city, playing basketball and exploring DC with his pup Luka.
