Most traders are making watchlists harder than they need to be.

One of the most powerful things you can do inside TradingView is import your watchlist and organize it by sector.

Once I have the S&P 500 loaded, I can quickly sort by what’s moving today, scan the charts, and then break things down sector by sector.

That means instead of randomly jumping from stock to stock, I can see where the strength or weakness is actually happening.

Consumer discretionary. Technology. Energy. Financials. Healthcare.

Now I’m not just looking at individual stocks. I’m seeing the bigger picture.

And that’s what helps you trade with more confidence.

It’s been almost three years since my mother passed and it still seems like just yesterday when I got the phone call.

As I reflect back on her life, my mother was no investor… yet she made some of the most important and powerful investments imaginable.

She invested in having kids ( my brother and I), from there...

She unselfishly invested into her two boys...

Her time
Her love
Her faith

Her energy

I am eternally grateful for your sacrifice and I pray that I continue to be one of the best investments you ever made.

Happy Heavenly Mother’s Day to my mom, to the woman who gave me everything before I had anything ❤️

Cisco may not be the loudest AI stock in the room… but that’s exactly why I’m paying attention.

When people think about AI, they usually think about the big names spending billions on chips, cloud, and data centers.

But here’s the part many investors miss:

Those companies still need networking, switches, infrastructure, and connectivity to make all of that AI demand work.

Cisco is positioning itself right in the middle of that opportunity.

They’ve already seen about $21 billion in orders from hyperscalers, plus another $350 million in AI orders from Neo Cloud, sovereign, and enterprise customers.

That tells me Cisco isn’t just dependent on the Amazons, Googles, and Nvidias of the world. They’re also growing outside of the biggest players.

That’s what makes this interesting to me.

Cisco doesn’t have to be the headline AI stock to benefit from the AI boom. Sometimes the better opportunity is in the companies selling the tools, systems, and infrastructure that everyone else needs.

That’s why I’m watching Cisco as an under-the-radar AI infrastructure play.

Most traders waste way too much time building watchlists one ticker at a time.

In TradingView, you can manually add stocks by clicking the plus sign and typing in each ticker…

But if you’re trying to build a full S&P 500 watchlist, sector list, or something like XLK with 70+ stocks, that can take all day.

Here’s the shortcut:

TradingView lets you upload a formatted list instead.

The format needs to look like this:

NASDAQ:AAPL,

Exchange first.
Colon.
Ticker symbol.
Comma.

Simple format, but time-consuming if you’re doing it manually for hundreds of stocks.

That’s why I built out the S&P 500 watchlists by sector and individual stocks so you don’t have to start from scratch.

Save time. Stay organized. Scan the market smarter.

Amazon isn’t just an e-commerce story anymore.

When I looked at Amazon’s Q4 earnings, the part that really stood out to me was AWS.

AWS is only a portion of Amazon’s overall business, but it’s driving a major share of the company’s operating income. That matters because aside from energy AI needs one thing above almost everything else: computing power.

More AI apps.
More AI workloads.
More demand for cloud infrastructure.
More need for processing power.

That’s why I believe Amazon’s AI and AWS story may still be in the early innings.

From a technical standpoint, the stock double-bottomed around the $200 level and has started moving higher. So when I look at Amazon, I don’t just see a short-term trade — I see a company that could have a multi-year AI growth story ahead of it.

The lesson: don’t just look at the name of the company. Look under the hood and ask, “Where is the real profit or loss coming from?”

Most traders waste too much time trying to find “the right stock.”

But the real edge starts with having the right watchlist.

In this TradingView tutorial, I’m showing how to create and import watchlists so you can quickly scan hundreds of ticker symbols without manually adding them one by one.

This is powerful because it supports the top-down method: which I teach to my students in

I First, look at the broader market.
Then I look at the sectors.
Then I drill down into individual stocks.

With the top down method, you’re not just randomly picking stocks. You’re learning how to spot where the strength or weakness is showing up in the market.

When you can import something like the S&P 500 into TradingView, you can quickly sort, scan, and review charts to see what’s moving today.

That’s how you start moving through your charts and trades with a process instead of guessing and wasting a lot of time.

CrowdStrike is one of those companies I’m watching closely because AI isn’t just creating opportunities — it’s creating new cybersecurity threats too.

As AI technology gets more advanced, companies, governments, and institutions are going to need stronger protection. That’s where CrowdStrike’s Falcon AI-native platform could continue to play a major role.

Yes the stock has pulled back from its highs. But from a technical standpoint, I’m watching the $380 area closely. It has bounced three times there and is holding that level, and shows signs of setting up a base to move higher.

The key lesson here: don’t throw a stock out just because it has pulled back from the all time highs. It’s important to pay attention to where support levels comes in, look at the fundamentals and understand the story and trend. Once the chart confirms .. then it’s game on.. Patience and pay attention is all part of the strategy.

At some point, a lot of people stop dreaming.

They start saying:

“I’ll always have debt.”
“I’ll always have a car note.”
“I’ll always have a mortgage.”

But why accept that as the final chapter?

You may not know how yet, but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible.

Keep learning.
Keep growing.
Keep dreaming.

Isn’t that the whole point of dreaming, to dream up a life better than the one you currently have.

As my cousin would say “ you gotta have dream if you want a dream to come true” - Ron Glenn

If you’re brave enough what’s something you’re dreaming for? let me know in the comments.

I’ll go first...

Reflecting back on my segments on the Schwab network and sharing my thoughts on the market when it was at all time highs and based on the technicals and market indicators I was following, everything said to me the market was due for a pull back.

Thats the funny thing about the market though, you may believe something is going to happen but you just don’t know when.

I think this is the important part of having access to different experts ideas and thoughts to understand what they are seeing and why so you can possibly be prepared for whats ahead.

It’s not about predicting the future but it’s about looking out for warning signs and signals , which is why I say a trader alone is a trader at risk.

If you are buying and selling stocks or doing any investing without looking at the technicals its like driving blind, you don’t see the danger that could be up ahead.

This is why most people end up treating the stock market like gambling a small few treat it like probability and statistics, we know what to look for, what it’s telling us and what probability we have of that outcome coming true.

Get the knowledge, get the right information, get around the right people... your investing account is counting on you to do this.
