The Neighborhood Finance Guy Teaching Millennials and GenZers How to Become a Millionaire in 15 years or Less. "In 2012, I overdrew my debit account five times. I had $0 in retirement.

I stressed about how I would pay rent and other expenses so that i could have a social life. I was in too deep with credit card debt and the month interest was close to $100. I skipped paying student loans. My credit score was 540 and tumbling. In 2015, I never overdrafted. I slept easy on a memory foam bed. I have a better social life and travel more. I finished paying off my credit card debt. I

pay my student loans monthly. My credit score is 774+. And my retirement is at $30K. In two years, I'll be at 80k+ with the goal of having more than $2 Million in retirement"

TBH, I'd take the deal at $5M and throw in Beyonce's entire catalog with the rest of Destiny's Child for free.

For the extra $5M, I'm dropping Kanye, Tupac, Biggie... Come to think of it... all North East rap. I can find better things to listen to for $10M.

*For some reason, some people take offense to it. Makes no sense to me. But people will people. It helps if you are less emotional IMO. Financial literacy is all about dissecting what works and what doesn't. The goal is to get you to understand which cards you can play to win this game on your own terms. While I don't think you need to do everything in the green or purple columns, you need to avoid or move beyond the issue points in the red column.
