Very pleased for our client who closed yesterday morning on a top floor unit at the luxurious Four Seasons Private Residences Baltimore at Harbor East. We are pleased to have structured another loan at this iconic, 62 unit mixed-use trophy project. It was a true pleasure to work with of who skillfully represented the buyers and an equal pleasure to work again with and her team representing the developer.

Grateful for the opportunity to provide financing for our clients who closed on their new home in Fairfax today. This one represents more than just a transaction, rather a decade long body of work for their family spanning condo projects with their father and a handful of house purchases for his children including, James and Paige’s purchase today. Thank you for the continued trust in our team and congrats on the new home. And the transaction itself was pretty sweet, 11 day close beating out multiple offers including a cash offer and appraisal that came in well above contract price.

Earlier this week we attended the EV Washington, DC Home Buyer and Seller Guide Launch Event DC office. As a .diruggiero and .pmg production, you know the event popped off and the vibe was chill. We appreciate the teamwork with the whole EV family including our (202) comrades as well as the Annapolis, Ocean City and Richmond offices. Visited Children’s National Hospital with my daughter Adelina yesterday as part of ACM and the Andy and Chris Team’s continued support for this meaningful institution. It’s always both a humbling and reassuring experience to visit the hospital during the holidays. It reminds oneself of the meaning of giving during the holiday, having compassion and care for those those who are sick and in need and certainly to be grateful for one’s well being because good health is not a given. Thank you Children’s Hospital for all the good work you do and for letting us participate in and contribute to your important mission, not just today, but throughout the year as we serve our clients. 🙏

This 78 unit luxury project is 65% presold and is getting its final preparations for delivery in the 1st quarter 2026. Excited for the many soon-to-be happy homeowners on this project in the new year!
