A large international organization, based in Washington, DC seeks a remote, part-time training consultant for their MS 365 staff learning program.

We are a learning team in an international financial institution headquartered in Washington, D.C., USA, and deliver modern technology learning experiences and solutions to our staff.
Our team is responsible for:
• Promoting and leveraging current technologies to facilitate digital and mobile learning
• Managing Business Applications and Office Training program
• Partnering with internal and external clients to create learning strategies
• Researching, developing, advising, and executing learning strategies and performance improvement best practices for clients
• Implementing, managing, and promoting Percipio learning content and programs
• Serving as learning advisor and design and implementing high-value learning assets
• Promoting and sharing learning research
• Standardizing our department’s learning impact and measurement processes

• You’ll inspire others to leverage PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Outlook to address real-world workplace challenges
• You’ll be a modern learning advocate, busting legacy myths and practices—putting the learner first to impact their job performance
• You’ll grow critical thinking and design skills through team brainstorms
What you’ll do:
• Develop and deliver interactive and hands-on MS Office curriculum
• Curate MS learning tips, tricks, and other relevant resources
• Create, troubleshoot, support, and advise on basic MS Office Power Automate use cases
• Support Modern SharePoint webpage development, as applicable
• Perform other training and administrative duties as assigned
What you will bring:
Technical skills: Successful candidates will be required to specify work experiences that demonstrate technical skills in the following areas:
• MS 365 Office: Specialist-level, basic to advanced, in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word apps (desktop, web, mobile); troubleshooting; advanced Excel formulas; MS365 tips & tricks for real-world use cases; current in MS365 latest feature releases.
• MS Power Automate: Intermediate or greater knowledge and skills in PowerAutomate for MS Office, troubleshooting, developing use cases, assist workers with challenges in the platform.
• Facilitation and Presentation: Effective presentation skills—interesting, relevant to adult learners, practical, and interactive, based on modern learning principles.
• Customer Support: Ability to carefully review client MS Office use cases and listen to clients attentively to extract important details, to provide timely feedback and solutions that meet their business needs.
Desired Skills:
• Proficient in Modern SharePoint webpage development, HTML
• Advanced skills in OneDrive, SharePoint document management
• Intermediate skills in data analysis and visualization

Education requirements:
• Minimum Education: Associate Degree or MS Office certification or equivalent Technical certification
• Minimum Years of Relevant Experience: 3 years
Shift: Two to three days per week (Monday through Friday). Flexible hours – any eight-hour block between 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST, and occasional night shifts (10:00 PM to 2 AM EST), determined by weekly deliverables, schedule, etc. The position is remote and not require location in Washington, D.C., USA area.
