Yes, you do this step cannot be skipped if you want to get the longevity out of your cpn.

As soon as you receive your profile.
How long do I need to do my public records?
You don’t need to stop doing them, if you have that cpn you need to do public records.

How do I do public records?
By signing up for rewards programs, doing things that real people do in the world like create social media profiles, sign up for job sites etc. Remember you are making a nobody into someone.

How many public records do I need to do?
The answer to this question is there is never enough public records, in a day you want to at least be doing 5-20 records in one sitting.

Can I get a vehicle with my CPN?
Yes, but before you do this, please make sure your profile is built strongly and your cpn is at least 2-3 months old if you are building it yourself. You want to have at least 3-5 mixed tradelines on your profile if you are looking for little to no down payment. You want to stick with buy here pay here car lots. Please do not depend on Carmax at this point they are getting played out. The smaller the buy here pay here lot is the better your chances are, we have heard good things about Vroom. If the car lot uses the bank Santander you have a good chance of being approved, Santander accepts just about anyone, we know that DriveTime uses Santander.

Yes, but your cpn will need a score, everyone always wants to know where the CPN apartments or houses are. There is no such thing, things change every day when it comes to this cpn stuff. Companies up their security every day you’re just going to have to get out there and test your boat your either going to sink or float. You can use RentCafe as a guide to find apartments, when looking for rental homes try opting for private landlords, if those cannot be found use Zillow. Do not depend on the big-name realty companies like First Key Homes, Main Street Renewals because again those companies have been played out. When checking to see if a apartment complex accepts first time renters call them and say “What is the minimum credit score you guys accept?” They either say they do or don’t require one. Do not get a place that you cannot afford, you don’t want any late payments. You want to pay your rent with your cpn debit card that you ger from a bank or prepaid bank.

freeze all your information with the secondary bureaus

removal of all old addresses, employers, names that you don’t go by. Old information.

- be sure to write down all unwanted addresses, names etc so you are prepared for the phone call.

call each credit bureau to get those removed and updated , make sure to be nice and tell them
that you noticed some unusual addresses , names etc on your credit report and tell them which ones you need removed and updated.
