On Monday, I took an early morning Amtrak ride to New York, Starbucks in hand, to attend the DC/Annapolis VIP meeting with Capital Group and Morgan Stanley. The meetings offered great content, thoughtful conversations, and plenty of ideas I'm looking forward to putting into practice.

I'm proud to share a few thoughts from my CPM graduation. This experience reinforced something I believe deeply: our work is not just about investments, spreadsheets, or financial strategies. It is about clear communication, disciplined processes, and relationships -- all of which help people make confident decisions in the moments that matter most.

Our team's goal is to humanize money. I'm grateful for the learning, the classmates, and the reminder that grow is not about having all the answers. It is about continuous improvement.

Congratulations to the CPM graduating class, and to everyone who has supported the journey.

Still reflecting on the Morgan Stanley Women's Leadership Summit -- and feeling energized by the ideas, candor, and connections it created. In fact, I was so excited, I forgot to take photos!

The program offered meaningful perspective on leadership, growth, and the opportunities that come from supporting one another with ambition and authenticity. It was a powerful reminder that progress is rarely about one big moment. I tis built through consistent action, thoughtful collaboration, and a willingness to put strong ideas into practice.

The conversations may have taken place over a single event, but the important work begins now: bringing what I learned back to our team, our clients, and the communities we serve.

A special thank you to my friend and colleague Marybeth Emson for the ride home. The nor'easter that disrupted our final day of sessions made transportation a premium -- but it also gave us four uninterrupted hours to catch up, compare notes, and enjoy time with a professional bestie. Not a bad silver lining.

I have officially completed the Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM) program through the University of Denver's Daniels College of Business.

It was an intensive and rewarding experience, bringing together a broad range of portfolio management modules, thoughtful discussion, and a final presentation delivered to fellow professionals. The program challenged participants to sharpen both the technical and practical sides of investment management -- not only how portfolios are constructed and evaluated, but also how investment decisions are communicated clearly and responsibly to clients.

A sincere thank you to Jesse Davis and Nicole Wiggins from the Academy of certified Portfolio Managers, as well as Janet Redwine and Conrad Cicotello at the University of Denver for the care, expertise, and energy they put into creating this program.

Honored to join my colleagues at the Barron's 100 Summit in Los Angeles this week. It's a privilege to be in a room with some of the industry's most influential advisors and team leaders.
