This morning’s 2‑mile run meant a little more than usual.
I got to share it with my 11‑year‑old daughter, Riley—and yes, we showed up in matching outfits 😊
Moments like this remind me it’s not about the miles, the pace, or the routine. It’s about the time we carve out, the example we set, and the memories we build along the way.
