David brings to the role a remarkable 30-year tenure in commercial and investment banking and community development finance. His strategic vision and steadfast commitment to community revitalization make him an ideal NTCIC leader as we approach our 25th anniversary.

National Trust Community Investment Corporation is pleased to announce that we have been awarded $50 million in New Markets Tax Credit (NMTC) allocation authority by the CDFI Fund of the U.S. Treasury Department. We wish to congratulate our fellow awardees and look forward to working with partners across the country to support underinvested communities that need access to capital to bring new life to historic community assets.

This spring, National Trust Community Investment Corporation participated in the tax credit financing for the transformation of the historic Illinois Building in downtown Indianapolis, IN. Led by Keystone Group, the building will soon become a full-service InterContinental hotel and revitalized restaurant space.

The project was financed through NTCIC's Climate Impact and Revitalization Fund, an ESG initiative supporting the nation's historic preservation movement and the expansion of solar energy opportunities. Learn more about the investment:
