Commissions, commissions, and more commissions! Fifty-three commissions earned and paid out last Thursday! We have agents safely working from home, getting paid every day from $1,500. to well over $25,000. The Commercial Real Estate market is alive and well, which means lending is white-hot.

Despite the current events, housing prices consistently increase. However, when favorable interest rates are factored in, the overall purchase was more affordable in the 2020’s second quarter. CRE Brokers are happy about this because it means more closings.

Dear Marty,
My experience with 11 Capital been good! I am going to re-study materials while I have some downtime. The leadership calls with the loan info and companies are great. Our website is very nice and has great loan info and options. We have a few RE Investor groups I will be presenting the net branch within the next Qtr of 2020 for commercial loans and partnership.

Over 50,000 single-family homes and condominiums in the U.S. were flipped in first-quarter 2020. That was 7.5% of all home sales during the quarter, up from 6.3% in the previous quarter and up from 7.3% in first-quarter 2019. In fact, it’s the highest share recorded since the second quarter of 2006. Investors, however, appear unable to keep up with home-price growth. Homes flipped in the first quarter of this year were sold for a median price of $232,000, yielding an average gross profit of $62,300. Profits were up on both a monthly and yearly basis.
