This weekend marks 4 years that I have been with . Full transparency when I made the move, I had no clue what I was getting myself into but looking back at it today it was the best move I could ever have made. A huge shout out to my friends, family, co-workers, clients, agents, and everyone who stuck with me and helped make a dream reality. I am so blessed and grateful for all the opportunities God has granted me and look forward to what will come in the future. Cheers!!

Four factors play a massive role in consumers' lender selection process

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) today announced the maximum conforming loan limits for mortgages to be acquired by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2021. In most of the U.S., the 2021 maximum conforming loan limit (CLL) for one-unit properties will be $548,250, an increase from $510,400 in 2020.
