I haven't purchased a house since 1988, so to say I wasn't up to date is a true statement. He explained everything that would happen in advance so there were no surprises. If I didn't understand something, he was more than willing to explain it in a way that made sense to me.
David is a respectful individual who is thoroughly knowledgeable about his profession. He answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I would not hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.
