To assist with residential loans in process, Northpointe Bank has implemented several steps to provide flexibility and accommodation to our customers. For home property evaluations, certain loan programs may allow for an exterior-only inspection or desktop appraisal report. We have amended our income and employment verification procedures due to many employment closures. We are also working with title companies and settlement agent partners to provide other alternatives to ensure your loan financing is not disrupted from county recording office closures. Our customers can also use Northpointe’s online banking, iOS and Android mobile banking apps, and Home app mobile lending tools to conduct nearly all banking and home loan transactions
In accordance with FHFA guidelines, Northpointe Bank is helping eligible home loan customers that have been impacted, with payment forbearance, late charge waivers and suspension of credit reporting.
