Providence Mutual is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Underwriter to join our growing Underwriting team.

In this role, you'll:
✔ Underwrite and price Personal Lines risks
✔ Manage relationships with independent agency partners
✔ Drive profitable growth within your assigned territory
✔ Analyze risks and make informed underwriting decisions
✔ Collaborate with business partners to deliver exceptional results

Qualifications:
3-5 years of Personal Lines underwriting experience;
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills;
Agency relationship management experience preferred;
API, CPCU, or other insurance designations a plus.

With stormy weather approaching, now is the time to take a few simple steps to help safeguard your home.

Before the weather arrives:

• Bring outdoor furniture, decorations and other loose items inside or secure them safely.
• Clear gutters and drains of leaves and debris.
• Make sure windows and doors are securely closed.
• Stock up on emergency supplies, including bottled water and other essentials you may need in the event of a power outage.
• Charge phones and devices and have flashlights and batteries readily available.
• Keep an eye on local weather forecasts and alerts as conditions develop.

A little preparation ahead of the storm can go a long way. Stay safe and take care this weekend.
