Chris Barrett is the founder of ContainerSolutions, where he focuses on making housing faster to deploy and faster to generate income. He spent 37 years in software development across high-performance systems, including nine years as a Vice President at IBM, leading large-scale, complex operations. He approaches real estate the same way: reducing friction, increasing predictability, and prioritizing speed to occupancy.
