Linda Riley- Loan Officer- Ruoff Home Mortgage I have been in banking and mortgage business since 1991. I started at Lake City bank in 1991 and moved into the mortgage lending business in 2004.

I started at Ruoff Home Mortgage in 2008 and Ruoff has been providing home loans for over 25 years to people here in Indiana. We pride ourselves in maintaining a good working relationship with our clients and the commitment does not end when we complete the loan transaction. We also track the specific terms of your loan against market conditions. We offer a wide range of loan options from which to

choose. My experience is in FHA, USDA, and FHA 203K financing. I am constantly educating myself on new guidelines and updates in order to give my clients the latest information’s. I also work with individuals that have credit issues and help them increase their chances of being able to buy a home. I believe in giving outstanding customer service and always stay in contact in order to better serve. I strive to make myself available to answer any questions or to help with their particular situation. Faith, Family, Friends and spending time enjoying life. I love to dance, hike, bike ride and trying new adventures. I am very involved at sacred heart church and helping deliver meals for the Kosciusko council on aging. To be honest and have integrity. To expect the very best service I can possibly give. Developing long standing relationships. Ruoff is a family owned business and believes in family values. We have our own in house processing, underwriting, and closing department. If something needs to be handled in a rush we can accommodate because we have all the control.
