If Jack and Millie can forgive me for disappearing from social media this summer, I hope you will too! We’re back! 💙🐶🐶

Well, hello again! 👋

It has been a very busy summer filled with client work, house projects, family, and—as always—keeping up with Jack and Millie. Somewhere along the way, my social media became a little too quiet. 😊

But I’m back, and the timing could not be better because Open Enrollment season is right around the corner!

For those who are new here—or who may need a quick reminder—I help:

As we prepare to celebrate our nation's 250th birthday this Independence Day, I'm reminded how grateful I am for the freedoms we enjoy, the communities we serve, and the people who make life meaningful.

Over the past year, I have had the privilege of helping individuals, families, and small business owners navigate important healthcare decisions. Those conversations have reinforced something I already knew—our communities are strongest when we take care of one another.

As you gather with family and friends this week, I hope you take a moment to reflect on the sacrifices that have preserved our freedoms and to appreciate the people who matter most in your life.

Sharing this because today was a powerful reminder that emergency training matters. What started as a community networking event quickly turned into a real-life medical emergency, and I’m incredibly thankful trained people were there to respond immediately.

Please take the time to learn CPR, first aid, and emergency response skills before you ever need them. You truly never know when you may be in a position to help save someone’s life. ❤️
