When I called Stacey Blondin, I had no idea how the sale of my house was going to go. My house was NEW, only 6 months old, in a subdivision still being built!
Stacey, quite literally, is "the" reason my house sold. She was able to answer questions that the Buyers' Agent had zero knowledge on! Upon the Buyers' request (& my agreement), Stacey was able to speak with the Lender & Appraiser & Home Inspector to keep the sale of my house on-track... where the Buyers' Agent was unable to assist due to lack of knowledge & it would have killed the sale of my house!
Stacey not only took over the whole process for BOTH sides & SAVED the sale of my home... she showed throughout the entire process what a wonderfully kind person she is. In today's world, it can be truly difficult to find someone who cares about their work, let alone cares about their clients on a personal level.
Stacey is kind, caring, & an all-around wonderful person with great morals & character. She does what's right, even when no one else is around to see it. She's a great person & a FANTASTIC realtor whom I HIGHLY recommend her!
