Kevin brings over three decades of expertise spanning business ownership, startup and operational management, information technology, general aviation, specialized manufacturing, education training, and commercial real estate to his career as a business broker. While completing his Bachelor of Arts in History at Florida State University, Kevin started his first company, Online Services & Sales Inc

orporated (OSSI). OSSI grew over the next thirty years as a professional services IT company focused on medical, legal, and general business clients. Kevin founded and still operates Greeley Custom – Projectile Delivery Systems, a custom gunsmithing business dedicated to competition and practical application solutions. In 2010 Kevin co-founded EHR1®, a medical transcription software package focused on the orthopedic industry. As a personal transition, Greeley CRE was founded in 2018 providing commercial real estate services, along with business brokerage, consulting, and development. Leveraging his insights gained from all levels of starting, operating, and closing businesses, Kevin integrates his understanding of business and economic dynamics when assisting clients. His desire to see business thrive prioritizes attentive listening and prioritization of a business owners’ objectives and ambitions. Kevin and his wife are in Northern Virginia, having raised three children and seeing them start their path toward being productive adults and future business owners. Kevin is currently the Former President of the Rotary Club of Warrenton, President of the Commercial Industrial Land Exchange (CILE), a member of the Mid-Atlantic Real Estate Marketing Association (MAREMA), and President of the Chambersburg Pistol & Rifle Club. And I met another one today. A husband & wife, business owners who fit the image of the Silver Tsunami. Each day, 10,000+ baby boomers who own businesses are reaching the age of retirement. I venture to estimate 75% of which do not realize they can sell their business. Each time I encounter this situation, their comment is "We figured we would simply shut down and close the doors." Another client with a multi-generational family business only saw 'going out of business' as the ending option.

Time to find the silver lining of the tsunami. With planning, coordination, and positive attitude there are options which may add to any retirement investments. This is what I do in business brokerage, helping owners find a way out, while helping someone else expand their business, start business on their own, or change their career path.
