Did you know that Freddie Mac now allows for manufactured homes that have been moved from another site to be financed with a 30 year fixed rate mortgage?

I now have access to investment property loans with only 10% down payment needed instead of 20%.

Only 15% down payment needed on multi-unit instead of 25%.
