Thanks to everyone that came out to the Johnson County Fair Association sale of champions last Friday evening.

Each year, Johnson County - Missouri Farm Bureau and Johnson County Cattlemen's Association partner to donate a hot homemade meal to livestock exhibitors and buyers prior to the sale. This year we fed over 350 PEOPLE.

Also, shoutout to Morgan Hawley with Fcs Financial for donating homemade cookies!

Congrats to the winners of last week and thanks to all those that came out to support youth in agriculture.

Each year, Johnson County Farm Bureau has the opportunity to award two $500 scholarships to graduating high school seniors of Missouri Farm Bureau members.

Congratulations to one of our scholarship awardees, Samuel Rosine, son of Jared and Kristin Rosine, who is graduating from K**b Noster High School and headed to State Fair Community College Sedalia. County Board Member Aaron Brown attended the ceremony to award Samuel his scholarship.

Congratulations to all of this year’s graduates!

For those that know students heading into their senior year, don’t forget to stop by the office for a scholarship application next spring!
