Our Story

We are the only start to finish renovation company that takes Detroit's blighted homes from blight to beautiful and rentable. We do this for investors all over the world who know that Detroit is the final frontier of investing that brings high returns.

My husband Pat and I started buying our own Detroit real estate investment properties in 2007. People warned us that we should avoid Detroit. But we saw an opportunity and jumped on it. Pat has skills in construction and I was excited to learn a whole new career. At the time we had a floor covering store we worked on together. Renovating houses and becoming a landlord only seemed natural.

Next, people started noticing it going well for us and they asked us if we would help them do the same. We eventually became full time house flippers and property managers.

Today we do full time renovation of houses in Detroit. We solve the concerns investors have about where exactly to invest, what kind of house to buy, finding a crew to renovate, and knowing how to do it all to Detroit specific codes. We also use our years of experience to help Investors find the most qualified tenants. From there we transition the house to the best property management business in Detroit. From there our investors earn an average of 9-15% Return On Investment.
