As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®), Ryan specializes in helping business owners, banking professionals, and CFOs navigate complex financial decisions, prepare for significant life and business transitions, and align their wealth with their core values.

Ryan earned his bachelor's degree from The Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance and International Business from Kent State University. In 2026, he was recognized by Forbes as one of its Best-in-State Next-Gen Wealth Advisors.

Ryan is deeply committed to community leadership and philanthropy. He serves on the Howland Community Scholarships Committee and supports numerous local organizations through Tolmiros Financial’s program, which promotes volunteerism and charitable giving throughout the Mahoning Valley.

Ryan resides in Howland, Ohio, with his wife, Lauren, their four children, Cavanaugh, Bodhi, Lottie, and Baylor, and the family's dog, Randy. When he is not working with clients or out in the community, he enjoys fly fishing and tying flies.

Scams are becoming more sophisticated, so it’s important to pause and verify before taking action. Common schemes include phishing emails and texts, fake phone calls, and impersonation scams where fraudsters may ask you to purchase gift cards, send money, click a link, provide account information, or share a verification code. Be especially cautious of urgent or unusual requests—even if they appear to come from someone you know. When in doubt, stop and contact the person or organization directly using a trusted phone number or website. A few extra seconds of caution can help protect you and your finances.

Las Vegas, NV - "My husband and I loved traveling to Las Vegas. It's such an "escape" of a city - from the gourmet meals, site seeing, night life and beautiful weather - we can't wait to go back! We enjoyed one of the best Italian meals at Luchini Italian Restaurant located in the MGM Grand, followed by a stop at the restaurant's speakeasy, "Chez Bippy". Cocktails are served with the most delicious pizzelle cookie, and the atmosphere is top notch! We also enjoyed the breathtaking views from the top balcony of Mandalay Bay, and of course the Bellagio fountains! If you haven't checked out these spots in Vegas - add them to your itinerary your next trip!"
