Wait for it...January 1, that is.

“Drink More.” Let me explain why that’s the first of my New Year’s resolutions.

Sure, drinking more water has benefits for all of us. However, I’m going to drink more wine. Why? Let me start with a short story from my youth.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday. Why? The focus of Thanksgiving is friends & family. We break bread together and share stories. We make time to be part of our communities.

As the leftovers disappear, the road to the New Year takes shape, hallmarked by Christmas and Hannukah decorations that descend from the attic and fill our home.

Whoa. As in, literally, be careful.

According to the MassDOT, 25% of all animal collisions - OH, DEER! - occur in the month of November.

Auto claims involving animals may be covered under Comprehensive coverage. It's a good time to check your auto policy and make sure you have Comprehensive with full glass coverage.

Wine is more than a drink.

Start with the right place at the right time, then add people and make things happen. Last night was one such combination.

Adam Ellis and I, joined by our partners, had the good fortune to spend a virtual evening with Melissa Smith ( ) and Jerry Murray ( ). We talked about wine collecting, valuation, and insurance (www.InsureMyWine.com), along with the fundamentals of starting a collection and storing it. All the while, we enjoyed the art and stories behind delicious wines like the Schlüssel Riesling, their Momtazi Pinot Noir and the 2017 Kairos "Polarity" Pinot Noir.
