One of my favorite parts of this business is the relationships I’ve built along the way. Today I had the pleasure of sharing my love for Pilates with some wonderful realtor partners, and it was the perfect reminder that networking doesn’t always have to happen over drinks or at a conference table.

🇺🇾⚽️ World Cup season = a little piece of home.

For many people, the World Cup is just soccer.

For us Uruguayans, it’s family, tradition, pride, and memories.

As an immigrant, moments like these keep me connected to my roots while creating new traditions here in the U.S.

I still remember gathering around the TV, wearing our sky blue jerseys, cheering, celebrating, and sometimes stressing 😅. No matter where we live, supporting Uruguay brings us together.

Today, I get to share that tradition with my family, and it reminds me how lucky I am to celebrate both where I came from and the life we’ve built here.

May was a busy month 🏡✨

Every one of these closings was different. Some were first-time buyers who had no idea where to start. Some needed guidance in Spanish. Some thought buying a home was still years away. Some hit a few bumps along the road and we had to pivot.

That’s one of my favorite parts of this job—no two stories are ever the same.

I’m so grateful for the trust these families placed in me and so excited for them as they start this next chapter.

Back in 2019, I bought my first home as a single woman at 25.

What social media usually doesn’t show is that I made almost 20 offers before finally getting one accepted.

There were so many moments where I felt discouraged and questioned whether it was even going to happen for me.

That experience is a huge reason why I’m so passionate about helping buyers now as a lender — because I truly understand how emotional and overwhelming this process can feel.
