For the past eight+ years, you have stood beside me through every challenge, every success, every stressful moment, and every celebration. Your loyalty, dedication, patience, and heart have never gone unnoticed. There are very few people you meet in life who become more than coworkers - you became and ARE family. Nothing makes me happier to be able to take a picture with you and our daughters by our side 💞

Thank you for always showing up, for always having my back, and for being someone I can depend on no matter what. Your hard work and kindness make such a difference not only to me but to everyone lucky enough to work with you.

One of the things that makes me the proudest is watching you grow professionally over the years and seeing you step into your own greatness. I truly love nothing more than watching you evolve, chase your goals, and now begin building something for yourself with your own business. Today, my sweet girl Alina would have been 11.

Seven years have passed since we said goodbye, and I’ve come to understand something I never knew before immense grief touched my life - you don’t “get over” it. You learn to carry it. You learn to live alongside it. Some days feel heavier than others, and the ache can still catch me off guard.

But today, more than anything, I choose gratitude.

Grateful for the almost four beautiful years I had with her. Grateful for her laughter, her light, her love. Grateful for the way she changed me forever in the best possible way.

She may not be here in the way I wish she was, but she is still part of everything I am.

Happy 11th birthday, my love. You are missed beyond words and loved beyond measure - always. 💗

I’m heading to Puerto Rico in February, I work with One At A Time Rescue, and we’re collecting supplies to help puppies in need!

So excited for this sweet family who just became homeowners for the very first time! 🏡✨

From day one, we focused on setting clear expectations and building a solid game plan to make the process feel smooth and stress-free. They trusted the process, stayed patient, and it paid off! Keys in hand in less than a month! 🔑

It was also my first time working with their buyer’s agent, and I have to say, true professional from start to finish. Great communication, teamwork, and dedication made all the difference in getting this across the finish line seamlessly.

Not every loan is easy. Somehow the tough ones are often the most rewarding.

I just closed on a home for a client who had previously been heartbroken after missing out on buying a home. Understandably, this time came with nerves, emotions, and a lot of pressure. On top of that, this purchase was a bit of a stretch from a qualification standpoint, which meant we had to be extra creative and strategic from day one.

The difference-maker? The team. Both real estate agents involved were outstanding! Professional, communicative, and completely solution-oriented. Instead of focusing on the obstacles they were able to put the challenges aside and keep the focus on the solutions.

Through creative structuring on the loan side and some excellent negotiating that resulted in strong seller credits, we made the numbers work while still setting the client up for success.

Today, she’s officially a homeowner. Moments like this are why persistence, teamwork, and the right guidance matter so much. 🏡.
