But we talked it through… ARM’s are expensive & right now, your rate isn’t going to be that much lower - let’s stick w/ a fixed loan & we can always refi. later when rates come down. We also talked about seller paid temporary buydowns, but the market they were purchasing in is poppin & the good homes go faasst. We sealed the deal with a perm. buydown to make their monthly payment a little more comfy for them ✨
