Cheers to 30 years! 🥂

Today, TDA Insurance & Mark Diederich celebrates 30 years in business.

What started as a leap of faith and a commitment to building something meaningful has grown into an agency we are incredibly proud of today. Over the past three decades, TDA has had the privilege of serving thousands of local families and businesses, building lasting relationships, and becoming part of a community that has supported us every step of the way.

No milestone like this happens because of one person.

We are incredibly grateful to every past and current TDA team member who has helped shape this agency over the years. Thank you to our clients who have trusted us to help protect their families, businesses, and assets. Thank you to our carrier partners, referral partners, and community partners who have worked alongside us and helped us continue to grow and serve at a high level.

And a very special thank you to Sherry Jacobsen Diederich, who has played such an important role in TDA’s story from the beginning and, as always, put together an awesome celebration for everyone this morning!

At TDA, we have always believed this business is about much more than insurance. It is about relationships, trust, education, service, and being there for people when they need us most. We are proud of the family-oriented culture that has been built here and grateful for the opportunity to continue carrying it forward.

To everyone who has been part of these first 30 years, thank you. We truly would not be here without you.

🦆 Another great Duck Race in the books!

We were proud to support the 2026 Great Duck Race benefiting CARES in Farmington Hills, an organization doing incredible work through its food pantry and Campus of Hope to serve families in our community.

A huge thank you to Olivia from our TDA team for putting her creativity to work and making our TDA duck look awesome this year, and for coming out to represent us at the event!

And, as always, there was a little friendly competition involved… Congratulations to Gary Bulson and Men On The Move Inc. for taking home the bragging rights and beating the TDA duck in our annual showdown. We’ll be back for you next year! 😄

We’re grateful to be part of events like this that bring local businesses, families, and community organizations together for a great cause. Thank you to CARES and everyone who helped make this year’s Duck Race such a success.

🏅The 3rd Annual TDA Olympics are officially in the books! 🇺🇸

Yesterday was filled with friendly competition, plenty of laughs, great food, and the kind of team camaraderie that makes TDA such a special place to work.
