I’ve started and deleted this caption five times 😅 so here’s the honest version: I just found out I’m one of the top 10 producers in my entire company last month. Number nine. I had to read it twice.

I’m not sharing this to brag — I’m sharing it because every one of those numbers is a family who trusted me with one of the biggest decisions of their lives. That’s what gets me. Behind every closing is a real person who finally got their keys.
