Higher rates making you feel uneasy about purchasing a home?? We've got you covered with our Rate Security program!
Home prices are expected to continue rising and buyer competition is lower so this is the perfect time to buy a home. We'll lock your rate for 90 days while you shop and if the market improves after you're under contract, you can snag a better rate before closing.
Then, you have the opportunity to capture a lower rate anytime during the life of the loan, after your first 6 on time payments.
Message me or give me a call and let's get you into a home so you can start building wealth for your family 👏 Pima Federal Credit Union
