Congratulations to Manasquan Bank team members Dominick Pellegrini, BSA/Fraud Analyst, and Talia Jackson, Fraud Analyst, on successfully completing the NJ Bankers Leading on the Cutting-Edge Leadership Program, led by George Wright.

Over the course of six months, Dominick and Talia joined emerging leaders from community banks across New Jersey, traveling throughout the state to participate in interactive leadership development sessions hosted by fellow community banks. The program focused on strengthening leadership skills, fostering innovation, and building meaningful industry connections.

The experience concluded with collaborative group presentations to executives from New Jersey community banks, where participants shared solutions to key innovation challenges facing the industry.

We are proud of Dominick and Talia for their commitment to professional growth and for representing Manasquan Bank with excellence throughout the program. 👏

A milestone moment for Manasquan Bank. 🎓✨

We were honored to celebrate the inaugural recipients of the Manasquan Bank Continuing Education Scholarship alongside their families at a special breakfast reception.

This year marks the launch of a new tradition and a meaningful investment in the future of our communities. For the very first time, Manasquan Bank awarded ten outstanding students with $2,000 scholarships to support their educational journeys and continued pursuit of excellence.

Selected for their academic achievement, dedication, and commitment to their future goals, these remarkable students represent the very best of Monmouth, Ocean, and Middlesex Counties. We are proud to recognize their hard work and honored to play a role in helping them reach their full potential.
