🏆 The Warren Hill Award recognizes a current or former member of an NJBankers committee who has gone above and beyond in their service to the Association. As a past chair and former Board member, Jim has demonstrated an extraordinary commitment to NJBankers, the New Jersey banking industry, and our communities.

Throughout his involvement, Jim has played an instrumental role in advancing NJBankers’ legislative and regulatory priorities, shaping impactful educational programming, and strengthening member engagement. ❤️ Our latest Dropping In visit had an extra special connection to Manasquan Bank!

While visiting our next-door neighbors at Gammon Technical Products, Inc., Cathy Franzoni, SEVP, Chief Operating Officer, sat down with Wanda Gammon, wife of President Jim Gammon, to talk about her longstanding commitment to one of our favorite traditions—Community Day! 🎡👏

Year after year, Wanda generously volunteers her time to help make Community Day a success. In fact, she is the only non-Manasquan Bank colleague who returns to volunteer alongside our team every year!

Her continued involvement is a special example of the relationships that extend far beyond banking and the shared commitment to giving back that makes our community so special. ❤️

Giving back to those who have given so much. ❤️🤍💙

Our Crew Cares team recently had the opportunity to volunteer with the Daughters of the American Revolution in support of their Veteran Luncheon! Our colleagues lent a helping hand with event setup, serving guests, and cleanup throughout the day.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to support an event dedicated to honoring and celebrating our local veterans and their service to our country. A special thank you to the Daughters of the American Revolution for welcoming our team and allowing us to be part of such a meaningful day!
