🚨 SCAM ALERT REMINDERS 🚨

You as our customers may be understandably concerned when a scammer knows where you bank or has personal information.

A good point to remember is that scammers often collect small pieces of information from many sources, including public records, social media, marketing databases, and information bought and sold on criminal marketplaces.

Scammers use these pieces of information to sound legitimate and build trust. Their goal is usually to obtain the information they don't have, such as online banking credentials, full account numbers, debit card information, security answers, or verification codes.

We would like to remind you that employees will never ask you to provide us your passwords, online banking credentials, or one-time security codes over an unsolicited call, text, or email.

We will continue to educate you as we see or hear of current scams out there. We want to reassure you and help you feel secure and informed.

Thank you as always for your business and banking with First National Bank!
