Worried about stretching out the term of your other debts by rolling them into your mortgage? Use the monthly savings to make additional principal payments. If you are saving $500 per month and putting it toward your mortgage instead, you can shorten the term of your mortgage significantly. This will also reduce the overall effective rate of your mortgage.

Has your annual insurance & escrow adjustment come in the mail? Ours did recently. We also had some changes on our insurance policies across the board. We’ve had a few past clients reach out to us for this reason as well, so we figured we’d give an update on what’s going on.

Using the equity in your home, reverse mortgages can generate monthly disbursements, provide cash out, set up a line of credit, or eliminate payments. Often times, we will combine 2-3 of these benefits in your loan.
