BLS Jobs Report (October 2024)
The US economy added just 12,000 jobs in October, which was well below expectations. Plus, revisions to previous data for August and September cut 112K jobs from those months combined while the unemployment rate held steady at 4.1%. This data should keep the Fed on track for a rate cut at their November 7 meeting.

"He called in through the office number asking for me specifically. He started off by telling me he was running for political office. Then he slipped in how beautiful I was and he wanted to talk about his home he has listed FSBO on Zillow. He potentially wanted to list with me but was in process of interviewing other agents. He then told me he was only interviewing female agents. The conversation was unnerving and after our call I contacted his former listing agent from 2023. She said, she had to get a restraining order against him, and she told me to be careful and not get involved. She said he has no intention of selling."

Oy vey. It’s an oven out there. Scooping poop(a tractor bucket full) soaking hay, putting out said hay plus some, Scrubbing water trough filling said water trough. Bringing 6 horses into the barn for feeding. Taking 4 back out to the dry lot and muzzles on the other 2 to go out in the field. Pick up the mail, the trash can and back in the house to cool off. I definitely didn’t need my Yeti cup. I was finished the water before the ice could melt.
