2 YEARS! 🏡✨

Two years of planning, searching, a few failed offers, and figuring out exactly what they truly wanted in a home... and now, they’re officially HOMEOWNERS!

And the timing couldn’t be more perfect—they get to start this next chapter in their new home just one month before they tie the knot!

These two were more than just clients to me—they’re family. ❤️ Having the opportunity to help my cousins strategize, navigate the process, negotiate, and ultimately get them into a home they absolutely love made this closing even more special.

Sometimes the journey takes a little longer than expected, but when you find the right home, it makes all of those setbacks worth it.

One year. 41 families. $18.9 MILLION in mortgage volume. 🥹🏡

Today marks my one-year anniversary with Waterstone Mortgage, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful.

This past year has been filled with new relationships, amazing referral partners, challenging files, happy closing tables, and most importantly, 41 families who trusted me to help them with one of the biggest financial decisions of their lives.

I’m so happy to be part of the Waterstone family and excited for everything the next year (and many more!) has in store. 💙

Allow me to reintroduce myself. 👋🏼

I'm Emily a mortgage loan officer, boy mom, wife, and relationship builder. I've been in the mortgage business since 2021, and somewhere along the way, this career became about so much more than mortgages.

I love helping people understand their options, feel confident in their decisions, and realize that homeownership might be more attainable than they thought.

When I'm not working, I'm probably chasing around my little guy, soaking up family time, or trying to convince myself that I have my life together. 😂

I'm so grateful to work with homebuyers and homeowners throughout Southern Maryland and beyond, and to have met so many amazing people along the way.

Closed out the last week of July with 3 amazing homebuyers officially settling into their first homes! 🏡✨

Three different counties. Three different loan programs. Three completely different paths to homeownership but one common goal: building financial freedom through real estate.

I love that there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to homeownership. Each buyer had different goals and circumstances, and we found the right strategy to get them to the closing table.

So grateful to be part of these huge milestones and help turn “Can I really do this?” into “WE’RE HOMEOWNERS!” ❤️

Quarter 2 was one I'll never forget. It came with long days, late nights, challenges, growth, and plenty of moments that pushed me to reflect on both my business and my purpose in this industry.

It was an honor (and a surprise) to be recognized as a Quarterly Sales Top Performer at Waterstone and to reach the halfway point toward my annual goal. Recognition like this is a reminder that the hard work behind the scenes doesn't go unnoticed.

None of this would be possible without my incredible referral partners who continue to trust me with their clients, and to every client who has allowed me to be part of one of the biggest milestones in their lives - thank you. Your trust means more than you know, and I'm so grateful for the opportunity to help guide you on your path to homeownership.

But I'm not finished yet. There are still goals to chase, families to help, and plenty of work to be done. The second half of the year is here, and I'm ready to keep the momentum going.
