I opened the doors to my State Farm Agency in 2013, after spending the first several years of my career as an elementary school teacher. I have found my true calling, and I’m thrilled to be here serving the people of Wake Forest, and the surrounding areas - including North Raleigh, Rolesville, Youngsville, Franklinton, Louisburg, Zebulon, Creedmoor and Stony Hill. I love living and working here in Wake Forest, it’s a beautiful community, and I’m proud to have formed so many close relationships with our customers. People know that ours is an agency that cares, we look for any opportunity to help our friends and neighbors here. I have been known to jump start a customer’s car and have been there for my customers at the scene of many accidents and several house fires. My team and I share a passion for helping people manage their risks, plan for the future, and protect the things that matter most. Insurance is personal, so we make sure our service is also personal. We don’t want you to just feel welcome with us; we want you to feel at home. I earned my bachelor's degree at East Carolina University, where I also had the good fortune to meet my wonderful husband, who is also a State Farm agent! We have three children, and we stay pretty busy shuttling them around to various sports and activities. As for me, I enjoy running marathons (yes, really!), playing golf, and watching college basketball and football. I am actively involved in our church, serve on the Town of Wake Forest Parks, Recreation and Cultural Resources Advisory Board and am also a Kerr Family YMCA Advisory Board member.
