UM/UIM has value; that said, under Texas law it is optional coverage and can be rejected in writing; only liability is required. If a client carries collision, the vehicle is still covered regardless of fault.

You know what's a really great way to save before the holidays? Not paying for coverages on your home and auto that you don't need. Getting a cheaper rate altogether..
Did you know that if you have full coverage you do not technically need uninsured underinsured? It's an added benefit but you will have your collision coverage.
