Michael Carlisle and Rick Lynch founded CarLyn Group in Waco, Texas. With a combined industry experience of 30 plus years, they joined forces to bring enrollment services to small and mid-size businesses across the state. Their clients found great value in offering enhanced benefit solutions to attract and maintain a top-notch workforce. In January 2010, Sabrina Lynch became part of the CarLyn Group team. Her dedication and hard work for more than a decade led to her current ownership position as President. Sabrina has brought in new strategies involving technology platforms and communication options. She has expanded our broker and carrier partnerships so that CarLyn Group can provide solutions that best fit the needs of our clients.
